DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DATA CENTER.
I have been a customer for 5 months via my work place now.
- Never once have they answered a support ticket in under 24 hours.
- They sell hardware they don’t have in stock.
- Their hardware is faulty and they refuse to admit it.
I’ve had to dump the servers we’ve had there one by one. Between connectivity issues, and the server completely freezing up for 10-20 seconds whenever a hard drive is accessed, the hardware is completely unusable.
I’ve had a previous server with them that didn’t have these issues, however they REFUSE to move us to another server, even though they’ve out right admitted to me in an email that even though they’ve run a hardware check it could be the through put of the motherboard or a bad hard drive.
One of our support tickets sat for almost 7 days unanswered before someone picked it up.
Don’t even get me started on their control panel for their servers. You might have to click and receive a code to your email 6 or 7 times before what ever you are clicking will actually work. Their control panel errors out constantly.
All in all, there’s only one company in 17 years of doing this I’ve ever done any business with that was anywhere near this bad, but at least they were less than half these prices. When I pay the average going rate for a bare metal server, I expect it to perform at least as average.
Anyways. I’ll be calling GERMANY (This is the ONLY support phone number they have), to try and cancel this server and get a six month refund from what my predecessor signed up for, for a year.
Come to think of it, paying ahead is why they probably don’t feel the need to do their jobs.
